GUIDES
Tijdens deze reis zijn er twee guides aanwezig die er alles aan zullen doen om het zo onvergetelijk mogelijk te maken! Heb je een vraag, schroom dan niet om ze te stellen want daar zijn ze voor! We hebben nog maar 1 plek over dus de vertrekgarantie is er en er zullen twee guides aanwezig zijn.

TRANSPORT
OPHALEN
We halen je 23 augustus op het vliegveld in Reykjavik op tenzij anders met je afgesproken. Zorg dus dat je met al je bagage klaar staat in de aankomsthal of zoek ons op. Je herkent ons aan het This Way logo en anders herkennen wij jou! Graag horen we vooraf jouw vluchtnummer zodat we in de gaten kunnen houden of er vertraging is.
VERVOER
Zoals aangegeven is al het vervoer in IJsland bij de reis inbegrepen. Tijdens de fototour rijden we in 4x4 auto's omdat we ruig terrein betreden. Bereid je dus voor op hobbels, bobbels, kuilen en rivieren. Alleen de ritjes al zijn een avontuur.
TERUGREIS
De laatste nacht verblijven we in de omgeving van het vliegveld. We brengen je uiterlijk 12.00 terug naar het vliegveld, tenzij anders met je afgesproken.

PICKUP
We will pick you up at the airport in Reykjavik on August 23rd unless otherwise agreed with you. So make sure you are ready with all your luggage in the arrival hall or look for us. You will recognize us by the This Way logo and otherwise we will recognize you! We would like to know your flight number in advance so that we can keep an eye on whether there are any delays.
TRANSPORT
As indicated, all transportation in Iceland is included in the trip. During the photo tour we drive in 4x4 cars because we enter rough terrain. So prepare yourself for bumps, lumps, holes and rivers. The rides alone are an adventure.
RETURN TRIP
We will stay in the area around the airport on the last night. We will bring you back to the airport no later than 12:00, unless otherwise agreed with you.
DE ACCOMMODATIES EN FACILITEITEN
De accommodaties waar we tijdens de reis in IJsland verblijven zijn verdeeld over de route. De afstanden zijn vrij lang en door te hoppen van accommodatie naar accommodatie halen we het beste uit de fotografie mogelijkheden. Omdat we aan de randen van de highlands verblijven zullen niet alle accommodaties even luxe zijn. Laat je gala kleding dus maar thuis want we gaan op avontuur! Het handigste is om een zachte reistas in plaats van een koffer mee te nemen. De accommodaties kunnen nog aangepast worden omdat soms door het weer bepaalde plekken niet te bereiken zijn. Mocht dat zo zijn houden we je op de hoogte.

The accommodations where we will stay during the trip in Iceland are spread over the route. The distances are quite long and by hopping from accommodation to accommodation we get the most out of the photography opportunities. Because we are staying on the edges of the highlands, not all accommodations will be equally luxurious. So leave your evening clothes at home because we are going on an adventure! The most convenient thing is to bring a soft travel bag instead of a suitcase. The accommodations can still be adjusted because sometimes certain places are inaccessible due to the weather. If that is the case, we will keep you informed.

MAALTIJDEN
Bij de accommodaties in IJsland is het ontbijt in de meeste gevallen inbegrepen. Mocht dit niet zo zijn dan dekken we in alle gezelligheid met elkaar de tafel voor een goed ontbijt.
LUNCH EN DINNER
Het weer in IJsland is onvoorspelbaar en daardoor weten we nooit exact wanneer we aan het fotograferen zijn. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat we de ene keer in de middag al warm eten en de andere keer in de avond. We vragen enige flexibiliteit hier in omdat we er naar streven om de mooiste momenten van de dag te fotograferen. Alle maaltijden zitten bij de reis inbegrepen. Omdat we ver van de bewoonde wereld onze tijd spenderen kan het maar zo zijn dat de maaltijd een keer vrij eenvoudig is. Het kan namelijk goed zijn dat we in de middle of nowhere onze maaltijd nuttigen. Hier zullen we later meer adviezen over delen met jullie.

Breakfast is usually included in the accommodations in Iceland. If this is not the case, we will set the table together for a good breakfast.
LUNCH AND DINNER
The weather in Iceland is unpredictable and therefore we never know exactly when we are taking pictures. This means that sometimes we have a hot meal in the afternoon and other times in the evening. We ask for some flexibility in this because we strive to photograph the most beautiful moments of the day. All meals included. Because we spend our time far from civilization, it is possible that the meal will be quite simple. It is possible that we will eat our meal in the middle of nowhere. We will share more advice about this with you later.
PLANNING
Voor de dagen in IJsland hebben we een overzicht van de locaties gemaakt. Uiteraard ligt dit niet 100% vast want het weer kan hier ook invloed op hebben. Als het weer mee zit zullen we proberen om onderstaande zoveel mogelijk aan te houden.
Bij aankomst geven we een korte presentatie waarin we nog eens kort een aantal tips en trucjes delen. Tussendoor is er een gelegenheid waar we met elkaar kunnen kijken naar wat bewerkingstips.

DRONE
Let op, de Highlands van IJsland zijn een paradijs voor de drone liefhebber. Mocht je in het bezit zijn van een drone dan adviseren we je om deze zeker mee te nemen. Let wel op dat je niet overal met de drone mag vliegen. Wees hiervan bewust en zorg dat je een certificaat hebt indien dat nodig is bij jouw type drone.
